Book a niche

Tables in the niches in Quadra Terra / Lago can be booked for six people or more via Hi Site:

  • Table reservation: Via Hi Site under Table Booking (Dining category). Simply select the table(s) you want and make your reservation. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
  • Calendar entry: Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. This can be saved directly as a calendar entry and used to invite other attendees. You can also change the title of the invitation. 

If several tables are reserved, you will receive a separate confirmation email for each individual table. In this case, we recommend that you only save one confirmation email as a calendar entry and note the remaining tables manually in the invitation and add the guests.

  • Cancellations: Reservations can only be cancelled via Hi Site under Table Booking > Confirmed. Deleting the calendar entry is not sufficient.
  • The reservation is shown on the displays on the columns between the niches.

Important information about use

  • To ensure fairness and availability for all, recurring dates cannot be booked.
  • Reservations are not required for small groups of up to five people.
  • Tables can be reserved up to two months in advance.
  • To ensure that tables can still be booked at short notice, the booking tool has different lead times. For example, some tables can be booked up to a week in advance, while others can be booked a month or two in advance.
